Overview
At United States Mint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of the precious metals market, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read this Return Policy carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
General Return Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
Exceptions
Exceptions to our general return policy include:
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective Product: If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service
To initiate a return for an incorrect or defective product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Shipping Instructions
Once you have received an RMA number, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accompanying documentation. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as United States Mint is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Credits
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or tampered products
- Custom or special order items
- Items sold as "Clearance" or "As-Is"
